Thanks for the replies, the slots are a little more valuable for tank/gank at the moment so I'll keep it to one or the other. Either way I look at it, it became painfully obvious that I had some training to do to make the setup work with the parts...

I see the main differences between them, one is a mid slot where the other is a low slot the enhancer seems to favor the optimal range bonus more where the computer favors the tracking for higher base numbers. and the computer is an active unit ...
